Gather is where Entre Vista Productions (“Entre Vista”, “we”) sells tickets to our events. This page explains what we collect, why, and who helps us. The short version: we collect only what we need to sell you a ticket and let you in, we don’t sell it, and we don’t track you around the web.

What we collect when you buy tickets

• Your name, so we can find you on the guest list at the door.
• Your email address, so we can send your receipt and the link that opens it.
• What you bought: your tickets, any shirt and its size, the amounts and any sales tax.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; Stripe tells us whether the payment went through.

When you open your receipt

Opening the link in your receipt email saves a small cookie in that browser so the receipt stays open there. It’s needed for the receipt to work and isn’t used for anything else. To remove it, use “Remove this receipt from this browser” at the bottom of your receipt.

Visits to our pages

We count visits to our public pages with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you. We see totals such as how many people visited, which page, the website or campaign that sent them (for example, a QR code on one of our flyers), their country, and whether they used a phone or a computer.

We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t follow you across other websites. Because of that, a browser’s “Do Not Track” setting doesn’t change anything here.

Who helps us

These services handle your information only to do their job for us:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Resend delivers our emails.
• Vercel hosts the website and counts visits.
• Neon stores our order records.
• Clerk handles sign-in for our event staff. It isn’t used for buyers.

We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for advertising. We’d only disclose it if the law required us to.

How long we keep it

We keep records of our past events, including who came, as part of Entre Vista’s history. We also keep the tax and accounting records the law asks of us.

If you’d like your name and email removed, just ask (see “Your choices” below). We’ll remove them, keeping only what we must for tax records, such as what was sold and the tax charged.

We only email you about your order. We won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email privacy@entrevistafilms.com. We’ll reply within 30 days, and tell you if there’s anything we have to keep, for example for tax records.

Children

Gather isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this page, we’ll update the date at the top. If it’s a change that matters, we’ll say so on this page.
